New 900 Series: Inside Frame/Low Profile Towers

The 900 Series is the newest edition to the Caretree product line of tree transplanters. We gathered feedback from our customers to create a completely new tree transplanter, unlike any other in our product offering. We coupled our thirty years of industry experience with the latest technologies to build a tree transplanter that is not only faster and 30% lighter but has 60% fewer weld joints, making it extremely durable. The 900 Series has a clean, simple tower design that enhances the operator’s visibility and maneuverability.
The laser cut, arch frame provides a larger inside opening that dissipates the stress from the machine across the frame. The inside frame distributes the weight closer to the center of the loader, enabling the owner to mount a larger size transplanter onto the loader. Our new hinge is engineered to withstand extreme use – it has a triple layer design with a 3.5” tube-in-tube pivot point that increases the bearing surface and stress load capacity by 500%.
The 900 Series slider design increases the rigidity, bearing surface and longevity of alignment. It’s welded solid to frame and incorporates 24” of nylatron bearing surface along the handle that increases the wear surface by 8 times our other models. The slider cylinders are positioned directly over the spades inside the slider tubes which increases the direct force applied to the blades.
In addition, the 900 Series also has a shorter blade design which eliminates the need to shave the rootball and saves you time, labor and shipping cost. The innovative valve and hose routing protects and conceals these parts from possible damage during digging.
