NEW 800 Series: Outside Frame With Low Tower Profile Design
800 SERIES The 800 Series is the our newest outside frame design. We gathered feedback from our customers and leveraged over 100 years of combined industry experience to create a completely new outside frame design. The 800 series diggers are not only faster and 30% lighter but also have 60% fewer weld joints as compared to our previous models. Our new outside frame design provides a larger opening to dig a variety fo trees and has an exceptionally low tower height that enhances the operator's visibility and maneuverability. Our new hinge is engineered to withstand extreme use - it has a triple layer design with a 2.5" tube-in-tube pivot point that increases the bearing surface and stress load by 500%.
The 800 Series slide design increases the rigidity, bearing surface and longevity of alignment. It's welded sold to the frame and incorporates 24" of nylatron bearing surface along the handle that increases the wear surface by 8 times our other models. The slider cylinders are positioned directly over the spades inside the slider, which increases the direct force applied to the blades. In addition, the 800 Series has our unique adapater, valve placement and hose routing that protects and conceals these parts from possible damage during digging.
